High quality NFC chips manufactured by STMicroelectronics. The chips of the ST25TV family belong to the NFC Forum Type 5 category and comply with the ISO 15693 standard.

They support, among others, NDEF messages, passwords for data protection in both reading and writing, TruST25 digital signature, scan counter, tamper detection. They have a data retention period of up to 60 years and withstand 100,000 read/write cycles.
