Print File Specifications

To ensure a perfect result, please follow these guidelines:

• Recommended format: Vector PDF.
• Other formats: High-resolution JPG or PNG (minimum 300 DPI).
• Bleed: Provide at least 1 mm of bleed margin around the entire perimeter.

Note: Before proceeding to production, we always send a graphic proof for your final approval.

Variable Data Printing

We can customize each individual label with variable fields such as QR Codes, barcodes, serial numbers, or specific texts. In this case, we will need:

• An Excel file (one column for each variable field, one row for each label).
• A sample image or clear instructions on data placement.
• Preferences on fonts, sizes, and formatting.
