HID OMNIKEY Plug Series is a family of 13.56 MHz HF contactless smart card readers designed for companies, integrators and organizations that need secure authentication, portability and compatibility with multiple RFID and NFC technologies.

The ultra-compact, lightweight and cable-free design makes the series suitable for compatible laptops, tablets and smartphones via USB-C. Plug-and-play setup helps simplify deployment across corporate environments, healthcare, logistics, retail, law enforcement, microfinance, first response and remote work.

The range includes OMNIKEY Plug, designed for non-HID credential technologies, and OMNIKEY SE Plug, engineered to support the HID ecosystem as well as non-HID credentials. This flexibility allows organizations to select the right version for passwordless authentication, access control, traceability and digital security projects.
