Printing Characteristics

• Print quality: min 600 DPI
• Four-color printing (CMYK)
• Full-bleed printing

Label Dimensions

• Label size is customizable at no extra cost.
• Size can be chosen within a range from a minimum of 35mm (diameter or side) up to a maximum of 90 x 60 mm.
• In any case, the ferrite substrate has a diameter of 22mm and is placed in the center of the label.
• The logo (or submitted artwork) is printed centered on the label, based on the chosen dimensions.
• For custom shapes, a file with the cutting line exported as a vector path is also required.

Print Files

For optimal results, a vector PDF is recommended. If a vector format is not available, high-resolution JPG or PNG (at least 300 DPI) are also acceptable.

The print file must have at least a 2 mm bleed all around.

For example:

• for 39 mm diameter labels, the artwork must have a 43 mm diameter;
• for 50 x 50 mm labels, the artwork must be 54 x 54 mm.

If you wish to print completely different subjects, you must purchase the artwork change. The minimum printable quantity for each subject is 10 pieces.

For special shapes, a file with the cutting line is required. In this case, please contact us in advance.

Variable Data Printing

We provide variable data printing (such as text fields, serial or sequential numbers) at no extra charge.

To proceed with variable printing, you must send us:

• an Excel file with a column for each variable field and a row for each label to be printed;
• instructions on how the fields should be positioned (ideally with a sample image showing all fields);
• indications regarding font preferences, sizes, and text formatting.
